1. 서비스
Eden Visual은 사용자가 불러온 음악에 반응하는 3D 파티클 영상을 만들고 저장하는 서비스입니다.
2. 사용자 콘텐츠
사용자는 불러오는 음악·이미지에 대한 이용 권한을 가지고 있어야 합니다. 만들어진 영상의 권리와 책임은 원본 콘텐츠의 권리 관계를 따릅니다.
3. iOS 앱과 구매
App Store를 통해 받은 앱에는 Apple 표준 최종 사용자 사용권 계약(Standard EULA)이 함께 적용됩니다. 전체 기능(PRO: 모든 스타일, 워터마크 없는 영상 저장)은 iOS 앱 안에서 App Store 인앱 구독으로만 구매할 수 있으며, 결제·자동 갱신·해지·환불은 Apple의 약관과 정책을 따릅니다. 자세한 내용은 환불정책을 참고하세요.
4. 웹사이트(무료 체험판)
웹사이트는 무료 체험판으로 제공됩니다. 저장되는 영상에는 워터마크가 들어가며, PRO 스타일은 웹에서 이용할 수 없습니다. 웹사이트에는 로그인·결제 기능이 없습니다. 이전에 웹사이트에서 결제하신 분은 jinhkim623@gmail.com으로 이메일 주시면 개별 안내해 드립니다.
5. 면책
서비스는 제공 시점의 상태로 제공되며, 기기·브라우저 환경에 따라 일부 기능이 다르게 동작할 수 있습니다.

Eden Visual creates and exports 3D particle videos that react to music you provide.
2. Your content
You must have the right to use any audio or images you open. Rights in exported videos follow the rights of the original content.
3. iOS app and purchases
The app distributed through the App Store is also subject to Apple's Standard EULA. The full version (PRO: all styles and watermark-free video exports) can be purchased only as an in-app subscription through the App Store inside the iOS app. Payment, automatic renewal, cancellation and refunds follow Apple's terms and policies. 4. Website (free demo)
The website is provided as a free demo. Exported videos include a watermark, and PRO styles are not available on the web. The website has no sign-in or payment features. If you paid on the website before, e-mail jinhkim623@gmail.com and we will help you individually.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided as is. Some features may behave differently depending on your device or browser.
