1. 음악·이미지 파일
Eden Visual에 불러온 음악 파일과 배경 이미지는 사용자의 기기 안에서만 분석·재생·영상 변환되며, 서버로 전송하거나 저장하지 않습니다. 만들어진 영상도 기기에만 저장됩니다.
2. iOS 앱
iOS 앱은 회원가입·로그인·광고·분석 도구·위치 정보를 사용하지 않으며, 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 사진 앱 접근 권한은 사용자가 직접 선택한 사진을 배경으로 쓰거나, 만든 영상을 사진 앱에 저장할 때만 사용합니다.
PRO 구독은 iOS 앱 안에서 App Store로만 구매하며, 결제는 Apple이 Apple의 약관에 따라 처리합니다. Eden Visual은 결제 수단 정보를 받거나 저장하지 않으며, 앱은 Apple이 알려주는 구독 상태(활성·만료)만 기기에서 확인합니다.
3. 웹사이트 (eden-visual.com)
- 무료 체험판: 웹사이트는 저장되는 영상에 워터마크가 들어가는 무료 체험판입니다. 회원가입·로그인·결제 기능이 없으며, 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 전체 기능은 iOS 앱에서 제공됩니다.
- 기기 저장값: 언어 설정 등 편의 기능을 위해 브라우저 저장소(localStorage)를 사용합니다. 이 값은 기기 밖으로 전송되지 않습니다.
4. 보관 및 삭제
웹 로그인 기능은 종료되었으며, 관련 계정 정보는 더 이상 보관하지 않습니다. 법령에 따라 보관이 필요한 기록이 있는 경우 해당 기간 동안만 보관합니다. 이전에 웹사이트를 이용하셨던 분의 문의·삭제 요청은 아래 이메일로 받습니다.
5. 제3자 제공
법령에 따른 경우를 제외하고 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.

1. Audio and image files
Audio files and background images you open in Eden Visual are analyzed, played and rendered on your device only. They are never uploaded to or stored on our servers. Videos you create are saved on your device only.
2. iOS app
The iOS app has no sign-up, login, advertising, analytics or location features, and does not collect personal data. Photo library access is used only to pick a photo you choose as a background, or to save a video you created to Photos.
PRO subscriptions are purchased only inside the iOS app through the App Store, and payment is processed by Apple under Apple's terms. We never receive or store your payment details; the app only checks the subscription status (active or expired) that Apple reports on your device.
3. Website (eden-visual.com)
- Free demo: The website is a free demo that adds a watermark to exported videos. It has no sign-up, sign-in or payment features and does not collect personal data. The full version is the iOS app.
- On-device storage: We use browser storage (localStorage) for conveniences such as your language setting. It never leaves your device.
4. Retention and deletion
Web sign-in has been discontinued, and we no longer keep the related account information. Any records we must keep by law are kept only for the legally required period. If you used the website before, send questions or deletion requests to the e-mail below.
